Important Notes:

• Refund & Reschedule Policy

  The Fantasy Ball is a large-scale, immersive experience that requires a minimum number of attendees to ensure its success. Should ticket sales not meet the required threshold one month prior to the scheduled event date of November 22, 2025, the Ball will be rescheduled to a later date in 2026.

  In the event of rescheduling:

  • All existing tickets will remain valid and will be automatically applied to the rescheduled event.

  • Patrons who are unable to attend the rescheduled date may request a full refund of their ticket purchase.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the reschedule announcement.

  We appreciate your understanding and support as we work to create the most enchanting and memorable experience possible.

• Age Restrictions
  This is an 18+ event. No guests under 18 will be permitted entry.

• Parking & Transportation
  The venue offers a parking lot with 200 spots. Overflow parking is available nearby.
  Out-of-town guests are encouraged to utilize ride-share services from their accommodations for added convenience.

• Accessibility
  The venue is ADA compliant and the majority of the space is accessible. However, please note that the private loft reserved for Esteemed Guests of the Twilight Court is not accessible due to its historic architecture.

• Wristbands & Ticket Tiers
  Guests will receive color-coded wristbands based on their ticket tier and, if applicable, age group.
  Wristbands must be worn at all times during the event.

  • Moonstruck Travelers will be issued different wristbands for guests who are 18+ and those who are 21+.

• Alcohol & Refreshments

  • A cash bar will be serving themed alcoholic beverages.

  • Guests wishing to purchase alcohol must present a valid government-issued ID.

  • All ticket tiers include access to unlimited non-alcoholic beverages and savory and sweet grazing tables throughout the night.

• Costume Weapon Policy

  • Costume weapons are welcome but must be peace-tied before entry and remain secured throughout the event.

  • Prop guns or replica firearms are not allowed, regardless of appearance or material.
